Homeowners are scared of picking the wrong builder
Every homeowner has heard a builder horror story. When they search for builders nearby, they’re looking for reasons to trust you: finished projects, clear communication and evidence you turn up when you say.
Most builders’ websites don’t give them those reasons. A gallery of random photos and a contact form isn’t enough for a £40,000 renovation.

What a builder’s website should cover
Websites for builders work best when they’re specific. Instead of ‘we do everything’, we give each type of job its own page with its own photos. That helps Google match you to the right searches, and helps homeowners see you’ve done their kind of project before.
Typical pages we build:
- House renovations and refurbishments
- Extensions and structural work
- Loft conversions
- Project pages with before and after photos
- How you work: survey, quote, schedule, handover

FAQ
Questions we get asked
Can you show projects that are still in progress?
Yes. Progress photos build trust. We can set up a simple ‘current projects’ section you update from your phone.
We get lots of small-job enquiries. Can the site filter them?
Yes. The quote form asks for project type and budget range, and the copy makes clear which jobs you take on.
Can you help us show up for builders near me?
Yes. Your Google Business Profile matters most for “near me” searches, and we set that up as part of every build. See SEO for trades.
How long does it take?
Launch sites take about two weeks and Growth sites about three, once we have your photos and details. You review everything on a private link before it goes live.
Do I own the website?
Yes. It’s built on WordPress, the domain is registered in your name, and you get full admin access. If you ever leave, you take everything with you.
