What we collect
When you use our quote form we collect your name, business name, website, trade, typical job size, phone number, email address and message. If you email or call us, we keep a record of that conversation.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a mockup and quote, and, if you become a client, to deliver our services. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Where it’s stored
Form submissions are stored in our website’s database, hosted by Kinsta, and sent to our business email. [PLACEHOLDER: email provider, e.g. Google Workspace]. We don’t sell your data or share it for marketing.
How long we keep it

Analytics and cookies
